These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.welltripseoul.com (the “Site”) and the related services provided by WellTripSeoul (“WellTrip,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Services
1.1 WellTripSeoul operates a wellness and lifestyle travel curation platform, primarily designed for international visitors to the Republic of Korea.
1.2 The Services support preventive, diagnostic, and wellness-oriented experiences, including health check-ups, wellness programs, and consultations with licensed professionals offered by independent third-party providers.
1.3 WellTripSeoul does not provide medical, clinical, or therapeutic services.
2. Eligibility & User Responsibility
2.1 Certain features may require account registration, and you agree to provide accurate and current information.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted through your account.
2.3 WellTripSeoul may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if these Terms or applicable laws are violated.
3. Nature of Health Check-ups & Medical Consultations
3.1 WellTripSeoul may facilitate access to health check-ups and consultations with licensed medical professionals provided by third-party institutions. These services are preventive and diagnostic in nature, intended to support health awareness, early detection, and informed decision-making.
3.2 WellTripSeoul does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, procedures, or follow-up care.
3.3 Any medical advice or recommendations are provided solely by the relevant medical professional, and subsequent decisions are made independently by the user.
3.4 Information provided through the Services is general and informational and does not replace individualized professional judgment.
4. Role of WellTripSeoul
4.1 WellTripSeoul acts solely as a curation platform and booking intermediary connecting users with independent third-party service providers (“Service Providers”).
4.2 WellTripSeoul does not own, operate, or manage the facilities or services offered by Service Providers. Any service agreement is formed directly between the user and the Service Provider.
5. Booking, Payments, Cancellations & Refund Policy
5.1 Payments are made through WellTripSeoul for the purpose of confirming reservations. WellTripSeoul collects payments on behalf of Service Providers and settles with them accordingly.
5.2 Unless otherwise specified by an individual Service Provider, the following standard refund policy applies:
• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled reservation date: 100% refund
• Cancellations made 6–3 days prior to the reservation date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation date (based on 00:00 KST): Non-refundable
• No-shows: Non-refundable
5.3 Refunds are calculated based on Korea Standard Time (KST). Each Service Provider may apply additional or more restrictive conditions, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
6. Exceptions & Special Circumstances
6.1 In exceptional cases involving unavoidable or reasonable circumstances, such as medical emergencies, unexpected travel restrictions, or force majeure events, WellTripSeoul may, at its discretion, consult with the relevant Service Provider to review the possibility of a partial or full refund.
6.2 Any such exception is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Travel & Local Considerations
7.1 The Services are provided in connection with travel to and activities within the Republic of Korea. Users are responsible for complying with visa requirements, immigration rules, local laws, health regulations, and insurance arrangements. Schedules, availability, and experiences may be affected by local conditions or external factors beyond WellTripSeoul’s control.
8. Third-Party Services & Scope Limitation
8.1 Services offered by Service Providers may vary in nature and scope.
8.2 Any medical treatment, procedures, or interventions pursued independently by the user fall outside the scope of WellTripSeoul’s Services.
8.3 WellTripSeoul does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from third-party services.
8.4 WellTripSeoul shall not be liable for outcomes arising from services provided directly by third-party Service Providers beyond its role as a platform and intermediary.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
9.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Site belong to WellTripSeoul or its licensors.
